He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley F. Alex and Regina Alex (Kowalski); and his father-in-law Harry Graham. He is survived by: his wife Pamela A. Alex (Graham); his children, Todd Alex (Anji) of Chillicothe, OH and Kimberly Manning (David) of Toronto; his mother-in-law Anne Graham of Toronto; his grandchildren, Haylee, Michael, Chayse, Ryan and Ronnie; and also Ron Dixon.

Memorial donations may be offered to the First United Methodist Church, PO Box 345 Toronto, OH 43964 or the Teramana Tear Fund 3204 Johnson Rd. Steubenville, OH 43952.
