She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Rouse; her husband Arlie Lowe; her daughter Sandra Mullins; her granddaughter Emily Ruthann Hartline; and her brother Robert Barker.

She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Hennis (Mike) and Brenda Hartline (Carl); and her grandchildren, Brian Lowe (Julie), Greg Keenan, Jason DuBal (Ronnie) and Carly Hartline.
