He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Wellington and Tracey Wellington (Nation); and his sister Joann Kurty. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline A. Wellington (Gault); his sons, Robert Shawn Wellington (Diane) of Toronto and Brian Wellington (Anissa) of Toronto; his grandsons, Brett Wellington (Diana), Matthew Wellington (Jessica), Joshua Wellington (Ashley) and Shane Wellington; and his great grandchild Bryson Wellington.
