He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Lewis and Mary Ann Lewis (Martin); his brother Joseph H. Lewis; and his daughter Judith A. Lewis (Liddick). He is survived by: his children, Tricia Lovelace (Dave) of Independence, KY and Robert "Robbie" Lewis Jr. of Toronto; his grandsons, Alex Andrews, Nathan Lovelace and Lane Lewis; his brothers, Walter Lewis (Joyce) of Fullerton, CA and John Lewis (Casey) of Toronto; his close friend Pat; and his cousin Donna. He is also survived by three nephews, two nieces; several great nieces and great nephews; many cousins.
