He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Orville Sr. and Sandra Lynn Batson (Holmes). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Elaine Batson (Lowry); his children, Robert James Batson, Hannah Marie Batson and Justin Michael Batson; and his sister Tammy Germann of Cottonwood Arizona.
