He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Shevelow and Daisy Shevelow (Shepherd); his wife Mary Eleanor 'Sis' Shevelow (Hickey); and his siblings, Lillian Shevelow, Rosemary Smith (Don), Olga Stone (Jim), George Shevelow (Jane) and Sam Shevelow.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard T., Jr. (Sandy) of Estero, FL, Dan (Pam) of Toronto and Doug (Gretchen) of Pickerington, OH; his sister-in-law Mary Shevelow of Toronto; his grandchildren, Justin Shevelow (Benoit), Lindsay Irving (Scott), Drew Shevelow, Emily Shevelow and Nathan Shevelow (Shelby); and his great grandchildren, Nora, Elliott, Avery and Hudson.
