He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Kuczykowski and Virginia Kuczykowski (Cipoletti). He is survived by: his wife Wanda J. Koski (Putnam); his children, Richard L. Koski, II (Kim) of Toronto, Michael J. Koski (Darcy) and Severen Koski (Shane Cope) of Toronto; his siblings, Sandi Santicola (Bob) and Scott Koski (Sonia) of Wintersville, OH; his grandchildren, Gabby, Sam, Kat, Cassy, Mikey, Destiny and Cody; his friend Anna Zirille of Steubenville; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Maxwell, Donna Olsen (John Antil) and Clyde Putnam (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
