He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Rachel Allen (Carson); his former wife Janet Allen (Sherwood); his wife Delma Allen (Green); and his brother Norman Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Richard S. Allen of Slinger, WI and Angel Allen of Steubenville; his stepdaughters, Susan Clegg (Chelsea) of Toronto, Lynn Stuart of Toronto and Lori Stuart (Bryan McCourt) of Fulton, MS; and his grandchildren, Sophia Allen, Rebecca Zeigler, Julia Rura, Leah Price and Hayden Saner.
