He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Parker and Margaret Green Parker; and his siblings, Ronnie Parker, Bill Parker and Janet Holmes-Mieselwitz.
He is survived by: his wife Bette Ann Cable Parker; his daughters, Lynn Meyer (David) and Dr. Paula Deuley (Stephen); his grandchildren, Joshua Meyer (Jennifer), Caleb Meyer (Kerri), Dr. Stephanie Deuley (Nathan), Jordon Meyer, Alex Leimkuehler (Pat), Hannah Meyer, Rebecca Deuley (Tyler), Parker Deuley and Jacob Deuley; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Addison, Charlotte, Bode and Evelynn.
