He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kalivoda and Betty Kalivoda; his son Todd Kalivoda; his sister Helen Marie Grimm; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Grimm and John Bucey.
He is survived by: his sister Kathryn Bucey; his niece Kristin Paxton of Gurnee, IL; his brother Michael of Steubenville; his nephew Donald Grimm (Jennifer) of Sugar Grove; his cousin Mary Beth Robertson of Toronto; and his daughter-in-law Carolynn Kalivoda of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by relatives and loyal friends.
