She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C. Andrews and Wilda Evelyn Andrews (Vance); her former husband Howard Swiger; her husband John Kavanagh; and her siblings, Betty Youmans, Charlene Beatty and Harry C. Andrews.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Timko of Toronto and Suzanne Kavanagh of Columbus; her grandchildren, Nicole Timko of Toronto and Jeremy Timko of Toronto; her great grandchildren, Laila and Gracie Timko of Toronto; and her sister Margaret "Peg" McCartney of Toronto.

Memorial contributions in Nina's memory may be made to the First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 345, Toronto, OH 43964.
