He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Smith and Dorothy Smith (Dyer); his wife Maray B. Smith; and his brother Dennis Smith. He is survived by : his children, Sean M. Smith (Terrinda), Jason E. and Cristen R. Smith; his granddaughters, Olivia and Phoebe; and his siblings, Aimee Swearingen, Donald Smith and Bernie Smith.
