He is survived by: his wife Tomi A. Skeens (Lemasters); his children, Michael H. Skeens (Amanda) of Hinkley, OH, Steven L. Skeens (Lisa) of East Liverpool and Nikki Skeens (Zach) of Pittsburgh; his siblings, Gloria J. Strazinski of Mingo Junction, Shelia Parks of Steubenville, Bernard Skeens, Jr. of Toronto and Edward Hennen (Linda) of East Springfield; and his grandson Stephen Clevenger of East Liverpool.
