It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Halligan of Toronto, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Halligan and Billie Halligan (Cunningham); his siblings, Doris Jean Keenan and David Halligan; and his parents-in-law, Bob and Mary Lou Neeper.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia 'Pat' Halligan (Neeper); his children, Jennifer, Eric Kutchmark (Lori) of Richmond, OH, Michael Lee Halligan, II (Marissa) and Matt Halligan (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Brian, Brittany Furbee, Colton Kutchmark (Trinity), Alizabeth, Zachary, Colin, Cailee Halligan, Olivia, Simon and Cora Halligan; his great grandchildren, Madison, Amelia, Lillian and Liam; and his niece Rene Zalduondo (Keenan).
