He was predeceased by: his father James Dale Shannon, Sr.; and his grandparents, Alva and Rose Bowles. He is survived by: his mother Alice Paula Shannon (Bowles) of Toronto; his son Jayden Shannon; and his brothers, James Shannon, Jr. (Trica) of Toronto and Martin Hoffman (Christy) of Stratton.
