She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mihalik and Katherine Mihalik; her husband Donald B. Cunningham; and her siblings, Michael, George, Joseph, John, Anne and Sue.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Cunningham (Christine) of Stratton, OH and Kenneth Cunningham (Becky) of Avon Lake, OH; her grandchildren, Vincent Cunningham (Tanya) of Mechanicstown, OH and Jaime Garuccio (Philip) of Columbiana, OH; and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Zane and Chessa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
