She is survived by: her children, Fran Jack of Parrish, FL, Andrew 'Andy' Fidak (Cyndy) of Toronto, Mark Fidak of Columbus, OH and Vicki Kelley (Scott) of Steubenville; her grandchildren, Tiffany Knight, Jennifer Welling (Jon), Jamie Bush, Ryan Fidak (Stephanie), Brittany Roberts (Dan DeFallo), Shanna Roberts, Parker Kelley and Melissa Gilham (Dom); her great grandchildren, Peyton Elise, Marley Raynn Knight, Austin James, Bryce Andrew, Charlotte Noelle Welling and Maddox Andrew Fidak; her siblings, Emily VanNest of Toronto, Barbara Herrick of Tucson, AZ, Rosemarie Graham (Greg) of Columbus, OH, Elizabeth Julio (Sam) of Follansbee, WV, Eleanor Adams of Toronto, George Herrick and Greg Herrick (Missy) of Toronto; and her goddaughter Cheryl Lightfritz. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
