He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren C. Seiple and Ruth A. Seiple (Miller); and his wife Josephine Ann 'Jo Seiple. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Clay Seiple (Lisa) of Stow, OH and Kevin Seiple (Jill) of Upper Arlington, OH; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, William, Gracie, Hayden and Quinn.
