He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Irvin Blackburn, Sr. and Bertella Lucille Blackburn (Richards); and his pets, Ralphie and Comso. He is survived by: his wife Donna K. Blackburn (Hasting); his siblings-in-law, James Hasting of Toronto, William L. Hasting of Columbus, GA and Ruth Ann Scott of Toronto; and his pet Oscar.
