With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Larkins of Toronto, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on July 8, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Dick Harris Larkins, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Verona Mae Larkins (Long); his mother Lillian Alberta "Toots" Larkins of Toronto; his children, Jason Larkins (Susan) of Canton, GA and Heather Phillips (Jason) of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Cody, Joe Phillips and Abigail Larkins; and his brothers, James Wilbur Harrison Larkins of Findley, OH, Dick Harris Norman Larkins, Jr. (Teresa) and Raymond Anthony Larkins (Paula Kay) of Hammondsville.
