He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Flanagan (Pappy) and Lena Flanagan (Hood); and his brothers, Harold Flanagan (Sonny), Paul Stock and Lester Flanagan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Dinch (Flanagan), Eunice Straight (Flanagan), Betty Grimm and Robert Flanagan (Bob); and his aunt Martha "Bugsy" Coffman (George).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home (302 Main St, Toronto, OH 43964). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
