It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Ann Dials of Toronto, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Joseph DiBiase and Frances Ann DiBiase (Andrews); her husband David Dials; and her brother Thomas Dibiase. She is survived by: her children, Gina F. Sharpe (Thomas Sheppard), Brent Scopel (Julie) of Chesterfield, VA and Sean Timothy McCullough of Steubenville, OH; her grandchildren, Savanah, Justin, Ivy, Lily, Gabrielle and Annika; her great grandchild Tovah; and her sister Sylvia Pamphillis of Warrior.
