We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2024, at the age of 69, Janey Starr of Toronto, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janey Starr to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Paules and Claudia Paules (Donofrio); the father of her children Dennis W. Chambers; and her brother Bill Paules. She is survived by : her husband Dave Starr; her children, Jodi Shoemaker (Bob) of Wintersville, OH, Jennifer Chambers (Brittney McIntosh) of Toronto and Shane Chambers (Tiffanie) of Toronto; her sisters, Marlene McDonald (Bob) of Toronto, Judy Anderson of Toronto and Juanita Phelps; her cousins, Agie Rock (Tim) of Toronto and MaryJoy VanDyne of Steubenville; and her grandchildren, Mason, Jayden, Alexia, Jennalynn and Blayke. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (409 Grant St, Toronto, OH 43964).
