He was predeceased by: his parents, John Knox Walker, Sr. and Martha Louise Walker (Rosenberger); and his brother Kenneth Walker (Rosa Ervin). He is survived by: his siblings, John Knox "Bubsy" Walker, Jr. (Barbara) and Cheryl Lynn Fowler (Bobby Flanagan) of Toronto.
