It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James McGraw (Toronto, Ohio), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on July 16, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William McGraw and Irene McGraw (Skinner). He is survived by: his wife Debbie McGraw (Starr); his son Brent McGraw (Jamie Patterson); his granddaughter Kendal McGraw of Toronto; and his siblings, Fred McGraw (Lynne) of New Albany, OH, Sandy McGraw of Ewing, NJ, Pam Wood (Thomas) of Hopedale, OH and Judy McNicol (Cris) of Wellsville, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Jefferson Co. Humane Society and Animal Shelter 200 Airport Access Rd. Wintersville, OH 43953.
