He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Charles and Myrtle Mary Maple (McIlvain); his daughter Vicki Maple Hickman; and his sister Mardell Cadegan. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline E. 'Jackie' Maple (Romey); his daughters, Valerie Irwin (Shawn) of Toronto and Jamie Carnahan (Padrick) of Beaver, PA; his siblings, Richard Lee 'Dick' Maple (Mary Lou) of The Villages, FL and Winifred Kay Maple Sitko of Talmadge, OH; and his grandchildren, Conner, Tanner Carnahan and Leslie Best.
