He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sembar and Sophie Sembar (Jablonski); and his sister Jean Swearingen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sembar (Pointer); his children, David of St. Louis, MO, Mark of Tampa, FL and Judy Dickey (Jeff) of Toronto; his siblings, George Sembar (Donna) of Danville, IL and Florence 'Honey Ogden of Detroit, MI; and his grandsons, Ryan Dickey of Toronto, Michael Dickey of Steubenville and Joseph Sembar of Hilliard, OH..
