He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Wiley and Barbara Wiley (Utzler); and his grandsons, Jacob and Joshua Walter. He is survived by : his wife Kimberly A. Wiley (Vandruff); his daughters, Amy Mason (Michael) of Moundsville, WV and Nicole Walter (Charles) of Toronto; his siblings, Beverly Smith (Pete), Judy Evantz (Tom) of Burgettstown, PA, Jay Wiley (Donna) of Toronto and Jeffrey Wiley (Beth); and his grandchildren, Addison, Rylee, Gavin, Kasadi Mason, Makayla and Kenzie Walter.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes (701 Findley St, Toronto, OH 43964). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
