He is survived by: his father George Loshbaugh of Spokane, WA; his wife Patricia Ann Loshbaugh (Brannon); his son Randy Loshbaugh of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Robert Burden (Cameron) of North Carolina, Marie Bernardy of Texas, Glenda Bernardy (Chris) of Texas, Paula Waggoner (Robert) of Toronto and Amy Hitchcock (Steve Davis) of Wintersville; and his grandchildren, Shane Hitchcock, Jeffrey Scott, Tyler Andrews, Trevor Scott, Kaylee Putnam, Ciera White, Larry White, Bret Carter, Sahrah Papageorye, Dustin Puffpaff, Marissa Faith, Jacob, Rebecca Lynn Loshbaugh, Amber, Ashley Burden and Maryah Degenais. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
