Charles Robert Meyer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Robert Meyer of Toronto, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Herman Meyer and Ethel Lucy "Pinky" Meyer (Coulter); his sons, Charles David Meyer and Nathaniel Robert Meyer; and his brothers, Paul Herman Meyer and Samuel A. Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Louise Meyer (Drewery); his daughters, Christa Jo Tang (Don) of Mt. Lebanon, PA and Lottie Ann Medvit (James) of New Castle, PA; his siblings, Jane Eleanor Fisher of Weirton, WV, Ruth Evelyn Stephens of Cadiz, OH, William R. Meyer (Jo Ann) of East Springfield, OH and Reverend Carroll C. Meyer (Jimmy) of Lancaster, OH; his sister-in-law Mary Alice Meyer of Toronto, OH; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Carmen, Molly Medvit, Christopher, Robert and Lucy Tang; and also John M. Meyer of Huron, OH.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hill Top Presbyterian Church (110 County Highway 46, Toronto, OH 43964). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
