We bid farewell to Cecelia Ann Phillipson of Toronto, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 6, 2024 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene Keenan and Anna Keenan (Hritchock); her husband John E.'Spook'Phillipson, Sr.; her son John E. Phillipson, Jr.; and her siblings, Gene, Bernie Keenan and Dolores'Dee'Burkett.

She is survived by : her children, William D. Phillipson (Sandy Brown) of Richmond, OH, Jackie A. De Matteis of Canton, OH, Michele'Shelly' Henry (Bob) of Toronto and Kathi Meadows (Brian) of Toronto; her brother Joe Keenan (Phyllis) of Toronto; her grandchildren, Theresa, Colleen, Lauren, Michael, Alexis, Mandy, Bri, Shannan, Robbie, Mindy and Desiree; her great grandchildren, Mica, Jordan, Mitch, Livi, Camden, Luca, Isabella, Brody, Clara, Gatlin, Alauna, Leah, Lil Robbie, John, Adalyn and Taytum; and her caregivers, Terri, Marcita, Erin and Nancy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
