It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Keeder of Toronto, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hutchison and Ruth Hutchison (Shew); her husband David Keeder; and her stepfather Chuck Enochs. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Tice (Meri) of Richmond, OH and Jason Keeder (Sarah) of Steubenville; her siblings, Gail Butler, Lori Hall (Greg) and Russ Hutchison of Gallipolis, OH; and her grandchildren, Jayden Keeder, Zoe and Roman Tice. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
