We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2020, at the age of 94, Betty Hood (Toronto, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Ellis West and Naomi Garvin (Turner); her husband Dean Hood; and her children, David Hood and Sharon.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Olexia (Dale Jones) of Wintersville, Joyce Hood of Mingo Junction, Larry Hood of Toronto, Valerie Rutherford (Bruce) of Steubenville, Kim Groves of Mingo Junction and Robin Johnston of Mingo Junction. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
