We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2021, at the age of 89, Betty Cooper of Toronto, Ohio, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard and Lydia Morehouse (Talbott); her husband Ted C. Cooper, Sr.; her stepson Ted Cooper, Jr.; her stepfather Harold Cadman; her brother Ronald Morehouse; and her son-in-law Tim Glenn.

She is survived by: her children, David Stovarsky (Mary Ann) of Toronto, Barbara Tolley of Canton, OH and Judith Glenn of Riverside, CA; her daughter-in-law Cindy Cooper of Toronto; and her brother Edwin Morehouse of Steubenville. She is also survived by Nine great-grandchildren, four step-great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
