She was predeceased by : her parents, Konstant Harasimik and Mary Harasimik (Malyszko); her husband Richard "Dick" Carter; her siblings, Anastasia Tarulli, John and Martin Harasimik; her nieces, Rosemary Rebres and Diane Tarulli; and her great-nephews, Nate Rock and Michael Sinosky.

She is survived by : her nieces, Janice McClain and Adriana Rock (Tim); her nephew John Harasimik; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gail Nickerson (Trevor), Nicole Stewart (Troy), Tara LeMasters (Mitch), Paul Rebres and Jared Rock (Deanna); and also, Alexandria, Kylie Parker, William Nickerson, Blake Rebres and Michael Janzen.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes (701 Findley St, Toronto, OH 43964). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (409 Grant St, Toronto, OH 43964).
