He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Adler and Marguerite Adler (Campbell); his wife Theresa; and his siblings, Irene Swartz (Norm), Helen (Jim), Joanne Mills (Darrel), Bob Adler (Leanna) and Rudolph.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Ackerman (Kevin) of Onsted, MI and Karen Wickard (Dan); his grandchildren, Abbie Chen (Chris) of Oakland, CA, Adam Ackerman (Nicola) of Ypsilanti, MI, Matt Wickard (Lauren) of Olney, MD and Drew Wickard (Jess) of Orofino, ID; and his great grandchildren, Anderson, Keilani Ackerman, Mason, Lyla Wickard, Raegan, Ruby Wickard and Gabi Chen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
