She is survived by: her husband John Anthony Booth; her pet Ginger; her children, Mike Booth (Amy) of Bowling Green, Ohio, John Booth of Toledo and Michelle Mazey (Kurt) of Weston; her grandchildren, Tyler Mazey, Aubrey Mazey, Michaela Booth, Quinn Booth and Lydia Booth; her great grandchild Codi Winterfeld; and her siblings, Harvey Morelock (Marcia), Marilyn Peper and Shirley Hester (Richard).

Memorial Contributions can be made to the Wood County Committee on Aging/Guiding Pathways Program.
