He was predeceased by: his father William Tarr Sr.; and his sister Carol Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Mary Tarr (Bodi); his sisters, Linda Tarr, Diane Roberts (Joe Lewarski) and Janet Wilbarger (Matthew); his nieces and nephews, Rachel Roberts, Erin Roberts, Nick Lewarski, Meghan Tarr and Derick Malkemus; and his godson Isaiah Oliphant.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Calendar Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616).
