He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Leake and Walter Leake. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Cindy Jones (Ken), Kim Kantorski (Paul) and Kathy Madalinski (John); his grandchildren, Jenny Walz (Mike), Jill Jacobs (Jeffrey), Julia Jones, Lindsay Kantorski (Eric), Anthony Kantorski (Katie), Matt Horen (Holly) and Amanda Szczepanski (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Derek, Austin, Alyssa, Giana, Bella, Analise, Brooklyn, Colton, Andrew, Kenzie and Garrett.
