With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William H. Kasper of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 9, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Kasper and Lillian M. Kasper (Dehart); his wife Barbara Kasper (Holmes); his daughter Susie Love; his granddaughter Jennifer Browder (Will); his nephews, Mark Dodson (Debbie), Duane and Bill Dodson; and his brother-in-law Harold Dodson.

“Bill was one of my favorite people. I remember the first time I was on a snowmobile at the Winter Ice Boat Regatta at ORYC. He put me on his sled and we whizzed down the frozen Ottawa River with my heart pounding with joy. You will be sorely missed Bill. I believe the Lord has you in his hands, that all your pain and suffering is over, and that you now reside in Heaven. We love you Barb.
