She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary McClendon and Buford McClendon; her husband Tommie Dossie Caulton; her grandmother Rosebud Grice; her siblings, Keith, Buford Jr. McClendon and Mary McClendon; her nieces and nephews, Tyra McClendon, Shawnie Wright, Anthony McClendon and Jakai McClendon; her siblings-in-law, Vincent Caulton and Doris Simmons; and her cousin Jeanette Files.
She is survived by: her daughter Cher Lanette Caulton; her grandchildren, James Howard Jr. (Yonica) of Shaniqua, Smith of Alexis, Anthony L Govan (Destiny), Ty'Shawn Lamb and Ty'Liyah Walker; her great grandchildren, Trysten Allison, Aniyah Posey, Serenity Howard and Lilly Govan; her siblings, Troy McClendon (Virginia), Freddie McClendon (Cindy) and Yovone McClendon; her siblings-in-law, James (Carla), Willis (Vicki), Richard, John Caulton and Alma Hall; and her close friend Gail Byrd.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Habegger Funeral Services (2001 Consaul St, Toledo, OH 43605). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
