We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 85, Velma E. Green of Toledo, Ohio, born in Wise, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lovejoy Johnson and Edna Johnson (Perry); and her siblings, Bill Mack, Betty Cimerman, Jean Friesner and Kathryn Mead.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Ken (Tammie), Terry (Michelle) and Debi Baker (Christopher); and her niece Betty Kime.
