He was predeceased by: his parents, Ishmel McIntosh and Froanie McIntosh (Amburgey); and his siblings, Aaron, James, John McIntosh, Ada Belle Seals and Simaline McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Deanna Eckhart (Rob) and Tony Delgado (Danielle); and his sister Betty Jo Webster. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
