He was predeceased by: his brother Louie; and his son-in-law Randy. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Tarsha; his children, Kelly O'Blenis (Jerry), Kim Heninger (Jim) and Raygene Tarsha; his siblings, Georgette Voich (Nick) and Sam Tarsha (Barb); and his grandchildren, Ashly, Christopher, Tiffany, Angela, Shannon and Eric. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
