He is survived by: his wife Bertha Shively; his children, Michelle (Lerrell) and Timothy Jr. (Melissa); his grandchildren, Sarina (Dan), Brianna, Halie, Bradin, Timothy III and Madison; his great grandchildren, Izabella and Jackson; and his siblings, Cathleen (Lori), Gary, Daniel Sr. and James (Louann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
