He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Waggoner (Blossom); his sons, Todd and Troy Waggoner; his former wife Sandra Waggoner (McCready); and his sister Mary Ann Waggoner.
He is survived by: his father Gaines Waggoner; his wife Donna Waggoner; his children, Ike Waggoner, Molly Padgett (Michael) and Shawn Waggoner (Jeff); his siblings, Willard Brace and Ellen Shank (Jay); and his adoptive son Bill Stuart. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews along with lifelong friends.
