With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Leonard Buczkowski of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Buczkowski and Rose Buczkowski (Wasielawski); and his wife Barbara Buczkowski (Gospodarek). He is survived by: his children, Cathy Krumn (Randy), Thomas J. and Michael L. Buczkowski (Dawn); his grandchildren, Andrea Lehman (Eric), Andrew Krumn, Austin, Evan, Corey, Joshua Buczkowski, Kristy Moody, Tyler, Nathan Buczkowski and Brittany Sondergeld (Brandon); and his brother James Buczkowski. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society or the ASPCA.
