It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tessa Nicole Hart of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 13, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfather Trevor Walsh. She is survived by: her parents, Tiffany Hart and Nicholas Wurm; her grandparents, Tina Walsh, James Hart (Annette), Wesley Wurm (Joann) and Brenda Miller (Gary); and her aunts and uncles, Brittani Hart, Mallory Nguyen (Steven), Taytum Wash, Sarah Fishler, Treven Walsh, Gunther Wurm and Josh Wurm (Jamie). She is also survived by many cousins, great aunts, great uncles, and great-grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to be made in Tessa's name in c/o Tiffany Hart supporting various causes that Tessa believed in.
