He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Morris; his sisters, Linda Martinez (Rick) and Maripat Perkins (Tim); his nieces and nephews, Tim Koliba, Carrie Mrowka, James Mohr, Alicia Plasencio, Caleb Scholl and Rosemary Perkins; his friends, Donald Forgette and Bobby Forgette; and also, Beth Beaverson (Larry), Amy Irons (Chip), Brandon, Morgan, Justin, Chase and Emma.
