She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Kulczak and Lottie Kulczak (Burdasz); her husband Duane Raymond Malinowski; her siblings, Eugene, Daniel, John Kulczak, Mercedes Snyder and Joanna Tammarine; her aunt Doris; her uncle Ted Karpinski; and her son-in-law Gerald Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Jenkins (Dale Lawecki) and Duane Michael Malinowski (Kelly); her grandchildren, Duane Joseph Malinowski, Holly Nicole Malinowski and Dominic Anthony Malinowski; and her cousin Yvonne Jagodzinski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
